Newton Studios is located in the heart of Mustamäe, just a short walk from TalTech University. The modern building has 90 furnished studios of 15-25 square meters, suitable for both single and double occupancy.
All our studios are designed with the needs of young people in mind. Each studio has a private bathroom and kitchenette, ample storage space, tables and chairs, a bed or sofa bed and details that create a cozy home. You can move in right away because even Wi-Fi is already available.
But there is much more to the co-living lifestyle in Newton. The ground floor of the building has common areas where you can have a good time with new and old friends. For every resident, there is a 24/7 gym, an entertainment area with a ping-pong table, snack machines and a TV. In the backyard there is bicycle parking, a sunny terrace and a barbecue area by a creek. We also have events taking place quite often, is it a table tennis tournament or a board game night with neighbours.

There are public transport stops within a few hundred meters of the house, providing convenient access to both TalTech and the city center.
